Hunting Trip Blooper
So my Dad and one of my little sisters came home from a long hunting trip. They were supper tired so they just piled everything in my dad's office and went to sleep. The next morning we woke up and made breakfast. At 8:00, for work, my dad went into his office. Then all the sudden he comes out yelling "Marie!!! Hurry come into the office I need your help". So I ran into the office, and when I got there my dad was underneath his computer desk. I could not figure out what he was trying to do..... Then all of the sudden my dad made a really loud noise and a wild bird flew up!! And then we spent the next 30 minutes trying to catch the bird. It was so funny, but I felt really bad for the bird 'cause it kept flying really hard into the wall. We finally figured out what happened. One of our hunting dogs caught a live quail and it like passed out, and my dad thought it was dead. So he put in his jacket pocket that is HUGE!!! He could probably fit a full grown cat with her kittens in it! Then when he was cleaning everything he had caught, he reached into his pocket a little but it woke up and ran away so my dad thought it had gotten out. Then he tossed his jacket in the back of the truck and drove 4 hours home. Then...... the bird finally got out of his jacket..... LOL!!!
